Diabetes Education Program

Diabetes Education classes are held the first Monday of most months (exceptions are holidays) from 6 - 7:30 PM. 

The Sacred Heart Community Clinic  offers diabetic education programs.  If you have diabetes, have a family member or a friend with diabetes, or just want to get checked for the disease, please contact the clinic for more information on this FREE program.   The Clinic is located next door to  the ST Vincent de Paul building in the rear of the church campus and is open on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.  You must not be eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, or have insurance to participate.

Diabetes Sessions include Cooking Classes!

Learn to cook delicious healthy foods at our education classes.  We'll show you the ingredients and demonstrate preparation of the food.  Then, you sample the results!
